STEP 1 : ORDER PLACEMENT (1 WORKING DAY)
Once you place the order, please give it up to 24 hours for the next process to start. This is due to time difference around the globe. We might will see your order after 12 hours of order placement before starting the next process.
STEP-2 : CUTTING & STITCHING (4 TO 5 WORKING DAYS)
This step is sub divided into further steps, details are given below.
Patron & Leather Cutting:We believe in providing personal attention to each and every order we stitch. We cut patron of your ordered jacket or trouser according to your size provided on hard board and then fresh high grade leather gets cut according to that patron. you might feel some smell because of fresh leather, which goes away in next two to three days
Stitching:Once leather pieces are cut, next comes the stitching process. Your jacket or trouser gets stitched on machine by trained leather stitchers with personal attention to details. Lining, zippers, buttons are also attached to jacket during this phase.
Quality Check: Once your jacket or trouser is ready it gets inspected by our Quality Checking staff for any flaws in leather, stitching and sizing etc before it gets shipped.
STEP-3 : SHIPPING ( 4 TO 6 WORKING DAYS)
Your order gets dispatched through best available courier service for your country (Skynet, DHL, FedEx)
STEP-4 : SHIPPING ( 4 TO 6 WORKING DAYS)
What type of information do I have to provide while checking out?
We need your name, your billing address, shipping address, credit card information and that’s it.
STEP-5 : DELIVERY (1 WORKING DAY)
Finally your order gets delivered to you. Please do provide your contact number (landline or mobile) while placing order. It’s required by courier service company. They need it in case you are not present at your address at time of delivery.

All Jackets are insured by Leather Jacket Shop and we do not charge extra amount from buyers for Insurance.
